´╗┐Asics Clearance P 3510How to Create a Venn Diagram in PowerPoint With PowerPoint, the Venn Diagram is a tool that's often overlooked. When you are teaching or collaborating with others it can be difficult to communicate what it is you are attempting to state, without drawing the audience in with artwork, so a diagram would be a terrific way to describe. Using diagrams is quite easy to do in PowerPoint. The Venn Diagram Editor could be found at the sidebar on the left hand side of this PowerPoint presentation. Utilize the bottom right corner of this diagram to draw the cover of the diagram. Use the top left corner to draw a line that circles around the circle which you've drawn. Using a path instrument, make an arrow that goes in the middle point of this circle, to the outside of this diagram. Next you need to make sure that you have the circle selected and set as the middle of this diagram. Once you have drawn the circle, then drag your route under the circle and pull up the delete tool. You will notice a box around the ring and if you click within the box, that will delete the circle. Now that you have the ring selected, look at the upper left corner of the diagram and you'll see anX representing the 2 points on the ring. To form the circle's part, use the letters A and the arrows, then to separate the part of the circle. As soon as you have done this, then use the word Y again, and press Delete. With the circle selected, again, drag the route under the circle and then pull the delete tool. You will notice a box round the circle and if you click within the box, then this may delete the ring. Once you have completed this important step, use the Route Tools to draw lines from the stage on the circle on the outside to the center of this diagram. As soon as you've completed this, choose the Pathfinder panel and click on the anchor point. You can now use the Edit menu to select the anchor point that you would like to move. Now use the produce avenues menu, and place it to make a path that is rectangular. Finally, with the screen clean, select the path which you've just created, and use the path tool to connect the two points.
